These sessions and various forms of therapy intend to work on relaxing the mind, the body, and healing the soul by allowing direct communication with the subconscious mind via deep meditation.
This meditation works to train the subconscious mind to restructure deep rooted emotions, which in turn can facilitate changes on a conscious level.
Changes can be very dramatic; even after 1 or 2 sessions, clients can quickly become become better with coping and can start to feel a sense of control in their lives.
Stage hypnosis is not to be conflated with Professional Medical Hypnosis. Clients are fully aware and have always consented before the session is started.
Due to Beverley’s success in this field, she works mostly from client referrals and word of mouth.
